The EMS Maritime Offshore GmbH is part of the Aktien-Gesellschaft “Ems” Group. This group is located in North West of Germany. Whether it is in Eemshaven, Emden, Bremen, Cuxhaven, Hamburg or Büsum or on the islands Borkum and Helgoland, the AG “Ems” Group and its subsidiary companies accumulate a compact net across the North German coast.
The Windea Offshore GmbH & Co. KG, a joint venture of the EMS Maritime Offshore GmbH, the Bernhard Schulte Group in Hamburg and the SSC Wind GmbH in Wildeshausen, combines several services for offshore windparks. Service technicians for the repair and maintenance of offshore windturbines from the nacelle to the foundation and all necessary vessels for the a.e. accommodation, supply and guard duties can be offered by the Windea to the client. So the Windea combines important parts of the O&M of offshore windparks to one complete service. Logistic, maintenance, repair and all coordinated through one company.
The Ostfriesischer Flugdienst GmbH (OFD) is a regional flight operator located in Emden. The OFD has own offices and/or facilities in following city´s: Emden, Borkum, Bremerhaven, Helgoland and Rügen. For more informations click here.
